Beth Kramer RN, BSN
Director of Nursing

Beth Kramer is the face behind Senior Partner’s promise to be available to our clients and caregivers twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Cofounder and Vice President of Senior Partner Care Services, Inc., Beth served in a consulting and advisory role until 2001 when she joined the company full time. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing from the University of Florida in 1982 and has over twenty years of nursing experience, most of it in critical care.

Beth has extensive experience with physical and mental care issues in the elderly and is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. As Administrator and Director of Nursing, her responsibilities include oversight of all clinical operations including supervision of caregiving personnel, client assessments and monitoring, quality of care, and outcomes. Despite her busy schedule, she insists on maintaining direct personal contact with each client and caregiver.


Don Kramer
Founder and President

From its beginnings at his kitchen table in 1998, Don Kramer has seen the company he founded grow into one of Central Florida’s largest providers of Home Health Aides and Companion/Homemaker care for seniors, with a team of over one hundred Caregivers delivering more than 3,000 hours of home care per week to clients across four counties. Don received his Masters degree from the University of Florida in 1981 and taught briefly at Santa Fe Community College and the University of Florida before moving to New York. He worked in the photography industry in New York City for several years before returning to Florida to concentrate on raising a family and starting a business.

Since the earliest days of Senior Partner, Don has recognized the importance of networking and community involvement. He is on the Board of Directors of the Brevard Association of Human Services and the Yellow Umbrella for the Prevention of Child Abuse, and as well as serving on the Local Leadership Council of the Alzheimer’s Association. Don also serves as Membership Chair for both the Space Coast Chapter of the Florida State Guardianship Association and the Seminole Health and Human Services Network, of which he was a co-founder. He is a member of the Brevard Association of Human Services and remains on the Board of Directors as President Emeritus and Membership Chair.

In 2001, Don was singled out as one of Florida’s top entrepreneurs by the Florida Small Business Development Network and represented Central Florida at their annual Expo at the Capitol in Tallahassee, and was recently nominated in the Entrepreneurship category for the Governor’s Business Diversification Award sponsored by the Florida Economic Development Commission. As President of Senior Partner, his responsibilities include community relations, new project development, and supervising operations.


Karen Precord
Administrator

Bringing more than a decade of specialized experience in senior care and services, Karen Precord is responsible for all administrative and operational functions including business development, advertising and marketing, as well as customer service and regulatory compliance.

Currently serving as the president of Seminole Health and Human Services Networking organization, Precord has received numerous awards for her outstanding work in elder care, including Chamber Member of the Year and Ambassador of the Year for the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Board of Directors.

Precord holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
