As a family-owned and operated Florida Nurse Registry, we've built our reputation by connecting families with experienced, compassionate independent caregivers who provide personalized in-home support.

Founded in 1998, Senior Partner Care Services is proud to be one of Florida's oldest Nurse Registries. Over the years, we've had the privilege of helping thousands of families navigate the challenges of aging with confidence, compassion, and peace of mind.

Today, as a proud member of the One Senior Place family of businesses, we continue our commitment to providing trusted guidance, exceptional service, and meaningful connections that help seniors maintain their independence while giving families confidence in the care they choose.

Our Team

Lisa Peake, RN, CCM

With more than 23 years of nursing experience, Lisa brings extensive clinical knowledge and compassionate leadership to Senior Partner Care Services. Throughout her career, she has served in hospitals, physician offices, hospice, home health, and private duty care, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the many needs seniors and their families face.

Lisa is passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence while ensuring families receive knowledgeable guidance and personalized support. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and working alongside caregivers to help seniors remain safe and comfortable at home.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and remains dedicated to serving the Brevard County community.
